Hey Anne,

OK so I didn’t exactly post this “later today” on Monday, but here is Monday’s comic regardless. It does not need to be mentioned, but I will anyways… yes, there will be a comic on Friday, as it should be.

I’ve also come to realize that I’m about halfway done with Moose River. Like, halfway done with the entire story, to which its completion will mean I can finally compile the pages into a single whole book. Nifty, huh?

Well, that’s OK; since I had President’s Day off from work, today FEELS like Monday…

(I think you might have skipped some Zip-A-Tone in Navy’s hair in the second panel of Monday Strip 1.)

TOM: I noticed Navy’s untoned hair too, I’ll get to it later.

I also realized Avery is a man of little words; both his speech bubbles contain just four words with three or less letters in it. Woah!

And Evelyn’s a woman of missing words. “I kinda like this one but it’s a ___ too skanky for me.” It IS a cute costume; who knew that bees & Leonidas complemented each other so well? 😀

I guess Anne ditched the Pippi Longstocking idea altogether. A shame. I liked the shot of her and Mom looking each other over and saying “You look ridiculous.” (Is she wearing a costume at all?)
