Some Ideas and Notes To Self

August 16th, 2007

NOTE TO SELF:
* Relink all the RSS stuff WordPress automatically makes for me.
* Find someone with a paid LJ account to activate a Moose River syndication deal.

SOME IDEAS:
Would you guys be interested in me actually using my blog bjournal for something other than giving you updates on Moose River related stuff? I mean, suppose I were to write up some how-to guides on how to make a webcomic, mini-comic or handmade book, or maybe shared with you my thoughts and views on important subjects like God, the Universe, or the Indonesian Economic Crisis of 1997… would you read it? Would it be something you think would actually benefit you? Would you tell your friends about it?

Feedback would be appreciated with this! If it’s a popular enough idea, maybe I’ll spend the extra few minutes putting this all together. 🙂

…Well, maybe I’d avoid the “thoughts and views on important subjects” bits, simply because I don’t feel like stepping on anyone’s feet right now.

The how-to stuff is always fun to read, even if you already have the know-how, because you can always pick up a few things you may not have known here and there.

Although the Indonesian Economic Crisis of 1997 would be an interesting read as well. But only if you added ninjas.

PETE: Ah that’s true. I was also thinking about doing book reviews and a “This is a book that has inspired me” kinda thing too. 🙂

The “How to” shit sounds good. But will it just be about things that you do? Or could you throw in a “How to make pants out of used cardboard” kind of thing for shits and giggles? As for the “thoughts and views”……sounds pretty interesting as well. But it might turn into a debate thing too.
